PartyOps Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

PartyOps collects only the minimum Discord metadata required to operate your server's LFG/LFM Live Board, Temp Voice Channels, and Scheduled Event Rosters:

• Discord Identifiers: User ID, username, display name, avatar URL, and Guild (Server) IDs/names authorized via Discord OAuth2 (`identify` and `guilds` scopes).
• LFG & Event Activity Data: Squad listings, selected roles, scheduled start times, and opt-in game alert subscriptions.
• Voice Channel Presence Timestamps: Join/leave timestamps on designated event or party voice channels solely for automated empty-channel cleanup and rolling 30-day attendance reliability calculation. PartyOps never records or listens to voice audio.

2. Message Content & Locked LFG Channels

In your server's designated locked `#lfg-dashboard` channel, PartyOps automatically removes stray text messages to keep the live board clean. PartyOps does not store, log, or read private chat messages across your server.

3. Payment Processing

All payment card details for PartyOps Cloud Pro are handled directly by Stripe. PartyOps never views or stores your credit card number.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

LFG/LFM posts automatically expire and are purged after their TTL window. Server administrators or users may request immediate removal of their server configuration or account data at any time through the Account Portal or by removing the bot from their Discord server.
