1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting the PartyOps Discord Bot to your server or signing into the PartyOps Web Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service & Community Guidelines.
2. Description of Service
PartyOps provides cloud-hosted Discord LFG/LFM live dashboards, temporary voice channel automation, interactive event/raid roster schedulers, and optional AI event creation tools across two tiers: PartyOps Cloud Free ($0/month) and PartyOps Cloud Pro ($6.99/month or $69/year).
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions for PartyOps Cloud Pro are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click from your Billing & Account Portal; upon cancellation, your servers retain Cloud Pro features through the end of the current paid period and then revert cleanly to PartyOps Cloud Free.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, rate-limit flood, or use PartyOps to post unlawful content or violate Discord's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend bot access for servers engaged in abuse or API exploitation.
5. Limitation of Liability
PartyOps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall PartyOps be liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
